We prefer you complete the online staff application form as this makes it easier and gets to PLAY SOCCER™ directly once you click send.
If you choose to complete, print and mail your application to PLAY SOCCER™ - the links to the forms are below. If you apply on line make sure you bring three references and a passport picture to your interview.
Please read through the application thoroughly before completing. Answer questions as honestly and fully as possible and attach a photograph in the designated space. We need a contact address and phone number, an e-mail address is essential.

It is important that you print 3 copies of both the reference information sheet and also the reference form. You then give a copy of each to the individual acting as your referee.Please ensure your name is printed on the top of each sheet. Referees do not necessarily have to have a coaching or sports-related background, but this may help your application. We do not accept references from relatives or close friends.
Please either send us each reference in a sealed envelope, along with your application or ensure each referee mails his or her reference to the address above.
Make sure you have enclosed all relevant information as we are unable to offer you an interview if your application is incomplete.
